Shipping policy

We process every order within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Standard shipping requires 7–21 business days post-dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates only and can be delayed by customs checks or logistics interruptions. Your shipping rate is calculated at checkout according to your address and product specifications. Buyers are responsible for all local import duties and taxes. Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched. When packages are returned for delivery failures or incorrect address, the buyer covers return shipping fees. Re-shipment is available only after re-shipping payment is made. PO box delivery is not supported for a selection of items.
